Track&Thaw is an AI nutrition coach that lives in a chat you already use. Snap a photo or type what you ate — no app to download, no food database to search.
Describe what you ate, or send a photo — whichever's faster in the moment.
Calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, and sugar come back — with a confidence rating, not false precision.
Your day's totals and personalized goals update automatically — no manual entry, no searching a food database.
Beyond meal logging — the parts that make it something you'll keep using.
Send a meal photo or just describe it — calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, and sugar come back in seconds.
"Eggs and a glass of water" logs both at once. Mention a walk or a workout and it's credited toward your day too.
Calorie, protein, fiber, and water goals calculated from your body and your goal — editable any time with one command.
Ask what to eat and get real suggestions based on your own recent meals. Over budget? It'll nudge a quick 10-minute walk instead of a guilt trip.
Already logging on your own? The nudges go quiet automatically — no notification spam for people already doing the thing.
Weekly and monthly trends, weight history, and recent meals — the chat is the main interface, the dashboard is the extra.
Yes — free during the current private beta. Pricing hasn't launched, and you'll be told clearly before anything changes.
No. Everything happens inside Telegram, a messaging app you probably already have. WhatsApp support is planned next.
They're AI-estimated from what you describe or photograph, with a confidence rating shown on each entry. Treat it as a well-informed estimate, not a lab measurement — and not medical advice. If a photo is genuinely ambiguous (can't tell how many pieces, or how big the portion is), the bot will ask a quick multiple-choice question instead of guessing — pick an option, or just answer in your own words. It also recognizes your regulars: mention something you log the same way often (like your usual coffee) and it'll ask if it's the same one instead of re-estimating from scratch. And if you log something similar again within a few minutes, it'll check whether you meant to update that entry or add a separate one, instead of silently guessing.
They're never saved. Your photo is used for a moment to read what's on your plate, then discarded — only the extracted nutrition data (calories, macros) is kept.
Reply "edit 2" or "delete 2" against your logged meals list to fix or remove an entry any time.
No — reminders only fire if you haven't already logged on your own. If you're actively using it, the nudges stay quiet.
Yes. Targets are calculated for you automatically, and you can override any of them directly with one command, any time.
No. Your data is used only to run your own tracking and reminders.
Only half of a logged activity's calorie estimate counts toward your remaining budget, and only once food alone has already put you over target. Two reasons: activity-calorie estimates (from anyone — apps, wearables, us included) tend to run optimistic, and your daily target already assumes your normal activity level, so crediting a workout in full risks double-counting calories you were already assumed to be burning. We'd rather be upfront about this than have the number quietly mislead you.
